These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Road Aid website (roadaid.co.nz) and the purchase of products and services from Road Aid New Zealand ("Road Aid", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Road Aid provides mobile battery replacement, battery testing, roadside assistance, and related services across Auckland, New Zealand. We also sell batteries online for delivery and installation.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is received or approved.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed securely by Stripe), bank transfer, cash, and EFTPOS. Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Service Area

Our mobile services operate within the Auckland region. We may decline bookings outside our standard service area at our discretion. Any travel surcharges will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
• Road Aid reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund or rescheduling offered.

7. Warranty

All batteries installed by Road Aid are covered by our warranty terms. Please refer to our full Warranty Policy for details on coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986:

• Road Aid's liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including vehicle downtime or towing costs.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Road Aid or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law
